        STATUS OF SECOND BOOK

After twenty-four years of compilation, the Second Book is scheduled for publication in August 2015. It will contain over 6,000 new numbers for Osgood children not assigned numbers or not shown in the First Book. This compares to 4,530 Osgood's, who were assigned numbers in the First Book. Over 21,000 names appear in the Index.

This first printing of the Book will produce only 250 books, so the purchase of a Book will have to be based on when an order is received.

The publication of the Second Book will require a significant outlay of funds on my part. Over time I hope to recoup this outlay through the sales of the Book, but there is no guarantee that I will be able to achieve that goal. Donations to accomplish this effort would be appreciated, and can be mailed to the following address:

Osgood Family Genealogy

PO Box 1166

Wolfeboro, N.H. 03894

These donations are appreciated and will be used exclusively to defer my personal costs of publication.

If you would like to purchase a copy of the Book, please contact me through the contact page on this Site, and I will alert you as soon as it is available with information as to how to acquire it for your personal archives.

This Book would make an excellent present to those who are mindful of their Osgood heritage. It is also a "MUST" buy for those of you who are fortunate enough to be in possession of the First Book. This Book will also be a fitting family legacy for parents to pass down to their children.

Copies of the Book will be donated to the New Hampshire Historical Society in Concord, New Hampshire; The Essex Isritute in Salem, Mass.; and the Massachusetts Historical Society in Boston, Massachusettys.

Thanks to all who helped in the efforts at compiling this wonderful record of the Osgood Family.
